| The ARRIS Third Party Relationship Program consists of two levels each with its own responsibilities and benefits. Third Party vendors and ARRIS will jointly determine which level is appropriate for the third party vendors. ARRIS has the right to move a Third party vendor from one level to another based upon the appropriate requirements being met. The benefits listed within each category will be applicable once the Third party vendor has met the appropriate responsibilities. |

It is the intent that the Third Party Vendor will meet the appropriate responsibilities and therefore receive the appropriate benefits for the following ARRIS Alliance Level:

Represents Third party vendors whose solutions interoperate with ARRIS products |
- Must be a registered ARRIS Third Party vendor
- Must have completed remote interop and/or be deployed at a joint customer
- Must provide company marketing material (logo, boilerplate information, corporate presentation, contact and escalation information)

- Joint marketing opportunities such as trade-shows, press releases, demonstrations as mutually agreed upon
- Listing on the ARRIS Third Party Relationship web site
- Ability to use ARRIS logos under the current Marketing Guidelines

Represents companies who provide enabling technologies which augment ARRIS solutions |
