The agreement enables Comcast to continue to deploy Auspice’s advanced service assurance solutions across its network operations, customer support and mobile field service operations systems throughout all of its markets.
Comcast’s ability to utilize the Auspice Opslogic Solutions Suite to support its high-speed data, voice and video services provides an automation foundation that helps Comcast reduce operations costs, increase service availability, network reliability and ultimately, operational efficiency for profitable business growth.
