Lou Leporace Named Chief Technology Officer at Auspice® Corporation

Framingham, MA May 25, 2005 Auspice Corporation, the Enterprise Control Company , recently announced the appointment of Lou Leporace as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Leporace brings over 25 years of business development, technical and corporate marketing, engineering, and management experience to Auspice. Prior to joining Auspice, he held senior leadership positions in the areas of VoIP, WiFi, home networking, consumer devices, digital rights management, and video services to leading cable operators and software vendors.

Mr. Leporace comes to Auspice from Shark Mountain , a privately held consulting firm focused on the broadband market. Prior to Shark Mountain, Mr. Leporace was Vice President, Cable, Broadband, and Satellite, for Convergys, a publicly held corporation and the world's leading provider of billing, provisioning, and customer care solutions to the broadband and telecommunications industries. Mr. Leporace's experience also includes senior executive positions with Kaseya, a privately held software provider, Excite@Home, and Novell. In addition, Mr. Leporace has held senior engineering positions for Space Applications Corporation, Martin Marietta, and NASA.
