CABLE BROADBAND INDUSTRY LEADERS ADDRESS AUSPICE® TLX® USERS CONFERENCE

Leading Cable Multi-System Operators and Analyst Group Address Gathering of Cable Industry Operations and Information Technology Executives and Solution Developers

Breckenridge, CO ― March 31, 2004 ― Cable broadband market and thought leaders are addressing the 2004 Auspice TLX Users Conference this year in Breckenridge, CO. The March 31 through April 2 conference is a gathering of multi-system operators (MSOs) who use the Auspice TLX platform to develop and deploy solutions that support voice/video/high-speed data services to subscribers to ensure the highest levels of service reliability and operations efficiency. The solutions integrate systems and automate manual processes for service operations control across MSOs' network operations centers, remote field dispatch operations and customer service/technical support centers.

One of several keynote addresses, "The Future of Telecommunications and the MSO Challenge," will be given by Charlotte Field, Comcast Senior VP ― Technical and Network Operations. Kagan analyst Ian Olgeirson will also make a keynote presentation, "The Evolution of Advanced Services: Trends in Cable Subscriber Growth and User Habits."
