AUSPICE® CORPORATION APPOINTS STEVEN BIRER AS CEO
Framingham, MA - October 14, 2003 - Auspice Corporation, The Enterprise Control™ Company, announced that Steven S. Birer, current President of Auspice, has been appointed President and CEO. Mr. Birer joined the company as its President and as a member of Auspice’s Board of Directors in June 2003. Prior to joining Auspice, he held various high-profile positions in the investment banking and financial services industry, including managing director of Robertson Stephens' Information Technology Group and founding member of Hambrecht & Quist's Internet Practice — one of the earliest on Wall Street.
